Mal Practice by Robert L. Rooks
editI don't know how to edit the Article section on Rooks. I hope someone else will add the information.
This man doesn't deserve this praise without bringing up his malpractice. I will provide links as proof of this, but let me add that my dog was a victim of this man's negligence in 1996. I didn't know he had lawsuits (he was not obligated by the court to tell potential clients about his crimes). Had I known, I would NOT have taken my dog to him. My dog died as a result of Rook's bad practices.
I don't know if this man is still practicing, but I'd never let him touch another animal if I had my say.
