As the article for Dr. Hope-Simpson was very short I requested the Royal College of General Practitioners to adapt the bibliographical information they have. They gave consent for using their text, with the constrain that it was properly referenced. However as the wikipedia style is to reference only facts within the text as opposed to a complete article I was not sure how to approach this. My solution so far was to add the source on top of the page. My request is, that if you don't like this, and you amend the article, please make sure the royal college get the credits they deserve.
