The sourcing on this article is atrocious. I say we whittle it down to the Vice and ZNet sources (which appear to be the only ones) and delete all the twitter-sourced and unsourced material. XavierItzm (talk) 16:10, 21 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
Agree. Sourcing is woefully inadequate: PRIMARY sources, Twitter. A worse problem is be that better sourcing does not come up in searches. E.M.Gregory (talk) 16:13, 22 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

XMPP no longer offered edit

They depreciated a couple of their services, including XMPP. I can forward newsletters sent by a primary source as needed. If I forget to check back here, please send an email to neo@cybercat.cc to remind me. 2600:8807:908B:E200:0:0:0:1738 (talk) 04:51, 5 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

Riseup no-logging statement edit

Regarding the following sentence in the article: "Riseup VPN does not log the user's IP address, unlike most other VPNs."

Such a statement is impossible to verify, regardless of the VPN service in question. Borders on advertisement, in my view, and I suggest it be removed. Ysteina (talk) 18:35, 4 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

I agree it should not be in Wiki-voice without better sourcing, so I attributed and quoted the statement. -- Yae4 (talk) 16:45, 5 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
