Where's the refs?

Why was this moved?

There does not appear to be a "Rider, part 1", therefore it should be assumed that the title is literally "Rider Pt. 2", rather than "Rider, part 2". Normally we leave short words uncapitalized, though lower-case "p" doesn't really look right.
