editI removed the following text as it didn't seem notable (£25 thousand pounds isn't a lot of money and his finances are his concern), also the wording suggested there might have been POV reasons for adding it.

Criticism of ICO
editI moved the following text (with some minor edits) to the ICO page, as it seemed more relevant to that article.
