Political leanings

Many biographical pages on Wikipedia discuss a person's political leanings. His page and focus on his work with elephants give a misleading representation of his politics. From his Facebook comments, he clearly attacks environmentalists, denies anthropogenic climate change, believes in white superiority and unambiguously supports the Conservative Party of Canada. From the references guide, Facebook posts are not considered reliable sources. However, in taking his own words, in context, would they be sufficient for adding a section about his political leanings? BordenC (talk) 09:42, 12 June 2019 (UTC)Reply
