MG 60 RATE OF FIRE AS SPECIFIED IN THE REFERENCE ARTICLE edit
In the reference article ( Weisswange, Jan-P. "Sweet little Sixty - das MG60" ) MG60 RATE OF FIRE is rated from 800 to 1000 ROUNDS PER MINUTE as stated in the paragraph:
"Technik: Im Vergleich zum MG3 fallen beim MG60 sofort die kompakteren Ausmaße auf. Das MG60 fällt mit 1 115 mm Länge und 8 600 Gramm Gesamtgewicht deutlich kompakter und leichter aus als das MG3. Die Kadenz des MG60 lag bei 800 – 1 000 Schuss/Minute, und damit deutlich unter der des MG42 (1500 Schuss/Minute) und des MG3 (1200 Schuss/Minute)"
TRANSLATION: "technology: Compared to the MG3 fall on the MG60 immediately the more compact dimensions. With a length of 1,115 mm and a total weight of 8,600 grams, the MG60 is significantly more compact and lighter than the MG3. The cadence of the MG60 was 800 - 1 000 rounds / minute, well below that of the MG42 (1500 rounds / minute) and the MG3 (1200 rounds / minute).
THE WIKIPEDIA ENTRY IS QUOTING THE CADENCE OF FIRE OF MG60 1800 ROUNDS PER MINUTE ??????
