Scope edit
Is this article about "Residential communities" or is it about "Residential communities in China"? If the part about China is just a subset, should it not be set off within a section? If the article is just about China, shouldn't the name of the article reflect that? --Bejnar (talk) 18:38, 12 November 2008 (UTC)
