I updated the ownership of the property (which changed in late 2019) and am disclosing that I have a relationship to one of the parties involved, which could be construed as a violation of good-faith editing. Therefore, I would like to assert that this edit was made of my own volition and was not requested or compensated. The changes were the minimum needed to update this specific aspect, there was no review of the any other information in the article, no external or links were added/removed, and a contemporaneous newspaper article was provided as a source.
