"Redbridge has its own local radio station Time 107.5 FM which covers Redbridge and surrounding areas."

I believe the writer of this is referring to the London Borough of Redbridge, and not Redbridge the district within that borough. The radio station gives its address as Romford anyway https://www.time1075.net/contact/ so I believe this entry is simply advertising.

Redbridge vs LB Redbridge

I have deleted "It is home to Redbridge Institute of Adult Education and Redbridge Football Club."

as I believe the writer is confusing Redbridge with LB Redbridge, of which it is only a part.

Wikipedia says that Redbridge FC is in Barkingside (and I concur).

Redbridge Institute of Adult Education has 4 locations, none of which are in Redbridge:
