Sorry, I don't understand your protocol. It appears that- once again- someone has marked this page for deletion. If Wikipedia deems Howard Stern or Alan Freed as suitable subjects for inclusion, then Ray Sonin, a broadcaster who was very famous 40 years ago, is also suitable for inclusion.
If the objection centres upon the article's format- then by all means- feel free to edit the page. However, the subject matter IS relevant.
