On the face of it, this subject does not meet [WP:BASIC| Wikipedia's basic notability criteria] for biographies of living people. I can't find any reference to this subject on the University of Laguna website (although I am hampered by a lack of Spanish). Neither versions of the name given in the article comes up on search in the site. I second the proposed deletion tag.--Plad2 (talk) 06:55, 2 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
