Corporatism
editI have heard before that Rafael Franco tried to experiment with corporatism, the same economic system used in Fascist Italy at that time. I really don't know enough and can't find enough resources right now anyway to expand on that, but if anyone else could that would sure make this article alot more interesting. - This is interesting; the chapter on the Febrerista revolution of the Library of Congress's Country Study for Paraguay mentions Rafael Franco's flirtation with fascist symbolism and phraseology.
