How many people are liiving on the island?

edit

The lead says about a hundred villagers, the 'Human Settlement' section however says a few people. Wishva de Silva | Talk 11:21, 14 July 2016 (UTC)Reply

Pulau Ubin murder

edit

This is hardly this central in understanding the article subject? Has this changed the history of the island? If not, it should not be significant part of the article. /Julle (talk) 01:04, 8 August 2021 (UTC)Reply

I'm adding a "see also" reference to 1972 Pulau Ubin murder and removing the very long section. From what I can gather, this seems to be important in the legal history of Singapore, not not something that has shaped the history of Pulau Ubin specifically. "Important" and "important to be included in this article" are two different things.
Please revert and explain if I'm mistaken. /Julle (talk) 04:02, 10 August 2021 (UTC)Reply
Julle, I agree with your move. Seloloving (talk) 05:06, 10 August 2021 (UTC)Reply
