Proceeding slowly vs not proceeding edit
The article currently has "The Front was intended to be armed with 68-pdr cannon but their deployment proceeded slowly due to lack of funds." From the rest of the paragraph it seems that 68-pdr cannon were never deployed, so my take is that it should read "...but they were not deployed due to lack of funds". Is that correct?
