Abolished post
editAlthough Montenegro's departure made Serbia the only member of SCG, is it not the case that this post officially existed until June 5 when Serbia declared fresh independence? Technically it is possible for a single entity to form part of a "union" when its partners have left because the central institutions remain in tact. For example, the Pan-Arab country UAR existed 1958-1971: formed as a union between Syria and Egypt, Syria re-established independence from 1961 leaving Egypt as sole member for ten years. I mean even if Marović abandoned the post, it must surely have been taken by somebody if not vacant for two days. Either way, we need to account for 3-5 June.
