Proposed fair employment practice commission edit
I've fixed two minor issues:
1. The article originally mentions that To secure these rights calls for a 'Fair Employment Practices Commission' [sic]; whereas the text of the report states, 'It may well be desirable to establish a government fair employment practice commission, either as a part of the Civil Service Commission, or on an independent basis with authority to implement and enforce the Presidential mandate.'[1] This is not exactly the establishment of an entity with that name. And note that 'practice' is in the singular, as per the wartime Fair Employment Practice Committee (FEPC), which in some ways was an inspiration for the commission idea. As the commission was never formally proposed - indeed, never existed[2] - it's misleading to present its name in title case, so I've changed it to all lower-case. I have also moved the reference to earlier in the sentence where other proposed bodies are mentioned, and generally fixed the grammar.
2. The article originally linked 'Fair Employment Practices Commission' to the article on the wartime FEPC (which initially was mis-titled 'Fair Employment Practices Commission'), which is highly misleading. I've removed the link. Sneedy (talk) 06:40, 18 February 2015 (UTC)
