Seems like it. Here is an article from Korrespondent which mentions that the palace was renovated for the President. According to the article, Yushchenko has a total of 13 residences which were left over from the Kuchma-era. Appears its true ddima.talk 16:55, 24 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
