The correct name of the island listed at Platts Eyot is Platt's Eyot (see eg Multimap or Streetmap for TW12 2HF), but I don't have time to redo all the links, so have set this up as a redirect instead.
The official Royal Mail address is "Platts Eyot", but then Royal Mail have removed the apostrophe from nearly all place names, eg they use "Shepherds Bush", and that is no reason for us to be in error too. Enginear (talk) 01:41, 3 February 2010 (UTC)Reply
