Trazodone affinities for sigma receptors seem wrong (or right), if u go to the page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trazodone the affinities are different Not only are the affinities for Trazodone (as mentioned above) different, but they are also different for Fluoxetine. The page dedicated to Fluoxetine lists affinities (Ki) which are significantly different than of those listed on this page. determination of affinities is very error-prone, so there often are multiple values for one and the same drug, depending on the source. It's often wiser to give a span instead of an exact value.
