I've never edited before, but this page was so appalling in being just self-promotion that I felt compelled to create an account and tag it. A single user is responsible for creating the page and the vast majority of its content, and the user hasn't contributed to any other Wikipedia page. It literally has a section titled "Mr V'landys' career achievements". The article is full of basic grammatical errors. I question the notability of this individual as well. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Enthrono (talkcontribs) 11:51, 9 October 2018 (UTC)Reply

@Enthrono: It seems that a lot of the content in this article comes from the "detailed biography" mentioned in the Personal life section (https://www.kythera-family.net/en/photos/diaspora-vintage-portraits-people/peter-vlandys-chief-executive-and-board-member-with-racing-nsw), which was posted on the Kythera Family website by the user Kytherian Newsletter Sydney. I suspect this newsletter is published by the Kytherian Association of Australia (https://www.kytherianassociation.com.au/newsletter.html), which is based in Rockdale, Sydney, so it's possible that The editor is the editor of that newsletter. I agree that this article needs to be pruned and rewritten in a more neutral tone. WeißwurstJon (talk) 01:50, 10 October 2018 (UTC)Reply
@Enthrono: I have edited the page and will remove the flags within the next few weeks, unless there is some dispute about that. WeißwurstJon (talk) 21:47, 11 October 2018 (UTC)Reply
@WeißwurstJon:Thanks for that, but the same single user deleted your additions (which highlighted something critical of the subject of the article) and has continued making bizarre edits to the page. Enthrono (talk) 03:40, 28 November 2018 (UTC)Reply
