Concern about non-neutrality

I believe this article's original author, and most-frequent editor to date, is User:Dzeidman. I have opened a conversation with them, "User talk:Dzeidman#Do_you_perhaps_have_a_conflict_of_interest?". I am concerned that this article reads like an official biography or hagiography, rather than a neutral point-of-view assessment. While the article has some citations to reliable sources, they tend to support minor points rather than the primary claims of the article. For example, the lede says, 'Mr. Tiboris' concerts have been hailed by The New York Times as "sizzling and precise," and "vigorous...alert and energetic."', but the citation is to one 1990 review of one debut concert, not to recent reviews of multiple recent performances. The article has no negative views. Either Mr. Tiboris is perfect, or the article isn't fully neutral. I also think that it has too many non-notable details: do we really need to know that his brother is a dentist? • Content analysis: in searching the New York Times archives for Peter Tiboris mentions, the most recent performance review is dated 2006. I expect that if Tiboris was primarily notable as a conductor, there would be more.
