Currently there is only a Wikipedia article related to Periradicular Surgery i.e. Apicocectomy. Therefore a few dental Wikipedians and I decided to create this page. The content that we will cover include

1. Introduction 2. Indications 3. Contraindications 4. Procedure (i) Assessment - clinical & radiographic (ii) Anaesthesia & haemostasis (iii) Flap design (iv) Root end resection (apicectomy) (v) Wound closure 5. Complications & management 6. Treatment Outcomes

Root Canal Subheading edit

I have added an additional subheading beneath 'Outcomes' to explore the impact of root canal filling material on the success rate of periradicular surgery recovery.
