Anti-evolution
editI am skeptical about his alleged anti-evolution ideas. They supposedly come from the French Encyclopedia (Encyclopedie francaise) Volume 5, 1937, 5-82-3 and 5-82-8. This is not available online and no translation exists. Problem is, there are multiple dates listed for this article. Lemoine wrote an article in the Encyclopedie francaise in 1935, not 1937 according to some sources. Another lists 1938 as the date.
The full citation (in English) is Paul Lemoine. Conclusion generale: 1-Que valent les theories de l'evolution. Encyclopedie francaise, t. v: Les etres vivants, 1965d (1935), p. 5.82-3 a 5.82-8. Or (in French) Que valent les théories de l'Evolution ? — Encyclopédie Française, Paris, 1938, t. V, p. 5.8-23 — 5.8.28.
Several dates have been listed - 1935, 1937 and 1938. Talk Origins mentions the Encyclopedie francaise but does not mention the article, only circa 1950s [1] Skeptic from Britain (talk) 21:18, 30 June 2018 (UTC)
