My husband and I visited your Arby’s in Shreveport La. 2902 Bert kouns. First of all this is the second time that this same staff was so rude and unprofessional. February 24 2022 my husband went to this location at 633pm to get supper for us and my nephew and his mom. So we pull up and I ask them to wait a second to get all of the things picked out (it was not busy no cars behind us). All meals come with a side and drink . I ordered a single roast beef with tomatoes and mayo there was barely any meat in it. I ordered 2 orders of cheese sticks and a crinkle fry and 2 curly fries. Now as I am trying to put my order in every time I order one thing she would say is that it and did this at least 6 times before I finished my order.(very rude every time. Ok then I order the fish deluxe combo with a coke and the I ordered the the double roast meat meal with a Diet Coke. Oh and 1 curly fries. So we get to the window and total was $38.45. So first we only got 1 drink had to ask again for the second one. Being just down right rude the whole time. Like I said they where not busy. You got one male playing on his cell phone at the cash register and another female peeking around the corner. She literally toss my sack to me and the bag rippped. They had put all of this order in one sack. Never said thank you or bye or anything just slammed the sliding window in our face. We had to honk to get her to come back because we didn’t have everything she kept saying it’s on the ticket over and over. We ask her doesn’t combos come with drinks and fries she said yes but we didn’t have one drink and 2 fries. Finally she just walks off and some young girl and gave us the drink then the other girl shows back up and again no I’m sorry or thank you just slammed the window shut. Like I said this the 2 time This has happened and with the same girl. It will also be put last Arby’s food in our town again. I have posted on Facebook the rudeness of this place. I know we can all have a bad day but 2 times and the same girl. If something isn’t done about these employees your business is really going to continue to go down.
