- In my research I found MANY famous Paul Dohertys. In the UK alone, there is a scientist, a (I believe) footballer or some such sport, and there is a musician, and then there is a another writer and finally the author in this article. There are several more in Ireland and in the U.S. These are just the FAMOUS ones. Mugginsx (talk) 12:31, 16 August 2012 (UTC)
- I repeat: the name "Paul C. Doherty" is perfectly compliant to the WP:NAMINGCRITERIA policy. A need to further increase the precision (a.k.a. to disambiguate) was not demonstrated. Incnis Mrsi (talk) 14:21, 17 August 2012 (UTC)
- I got that was your feeling the first time. I disagreed but did not revert or interfere in any way. I simply moved our discussion to the article talk page which is preferred Wiki procedure. If you moved it you should follow through all of the procedures associated with the move, which it seems you accomplished.Mugginsx (talk) 14:24, 17 August 2012 (UTC)
