Talk:Parker v British Airways Board

I am not sure if it is preferable to be precise, or just simplify the rules for easy reading. In addition, I was not able to find the case on bailii.org so I can't put up a link to the actual text for those who want the exact wording. (If it is preferred to have the exact wording, then I can put that in instead. Clarifying comments added to explain the meaning and implications of some of the rules. Some are extemporaneous from myself as I study the case for an exam, some are drawn from examples presented in class, which I can probably work up a citation for.
