I found lists of winners and nominees on playbill.com, don't know how far back they go. --If we put these lists into the article, it will then become very long. I'm not sure how much importance attaches to these awards, or how much further to go in the article.

The Outer Critics site has a nice history, not sure it's necessary to repeat it here, although it may be useful to add the executive committee names.
