Introduction of rice
editFor the amateur such as myself, there should be at least a mention of the fact that rice, Oryza sativa, is not native to the New World, and a word about the adjustment of Oryzomys to a man-made ecological niche.--Wetman (talk) 14:05, 29 April 2010 (UTC)
- Unfortunately, none of the sources discuss their association with rice in any detail. Ucucha 14:19, 29 April 2010 (UTC)
Tribe?
edit"Tribe" is not a taxon of any natural taxonomy that I am familiar with. Perhaps "Family" is what the author meant. "Tribe" is a social construct and Ido not believe that mice form them. 157.174.221.168 (talk) 17:36, 24 February 2015 (UTC) Bgantt
