I have a short video presentation showing the majority of the key sights at Orakei Korako. Also some interesting editorial in the video's "More Info". Is it worthwhile making any revisions to this page's content with the info here? In any case, propose addition of the following external link:
- Orakei Korako - "The Hidden Valley" (short Faber Optimé YouTube presentation) —Preceding undated comment added 06:47, 8 July 2009 (UTC).
- Oppose. I have invited the author to take this to Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Spam.-gadfium 07:52, 8 July 2009 (UTC)
Hey Gadfium,
- I posted this in direct response to your specific suggestion. Thanks for nothing and thanks for wasting my time. NOT.
- Please review spam guideline. It would be appreciated if in future you actually review materials in question prior to erroneously and scurrilously blanket labelling contributions as "spam". Being an editor is more than just a label pal - it actually implies you'll exercise some effort and qualitative judgement - glaring omissions in this instance.
- I invite you to ACTUALLY LOOK AT WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT PRIOR TO MAKING AN OFFENSIVE CONTRIBUTION. Were you to actually look at the reference you'd find a page and a useful resource of quality. You attitude discourages my expending effort trying to improve Wikipedia when folk such as yourself seem to have nothing better than frustrate good intentions.
- Stick to the facts mate and leave your dogma at the door. Your lack of good faith nor any welcome to your approach wholly flies in the face of stated Wikipedia guidelines.
- As has been explained to you by several people at User talk:Faber Optimé, you should not be linking to your own work, and all those who have reviewed your videos to date appear to have agreed that they are not suitable as links.-gadfium 21:36, 8 July 2009 (UTC)
