great president?
editJust because he's got high ratings in these very old statistics does not mean he was a good president. He was a lousy president. The shrinking of the middle class, the absence of unions in most workplaces which has led, in part, to wage stagnation and the nation's wealth concentrated in fewer hands is all because of "Reaganomics". Forty years down the road and "the Gipper" is looking a lot less admirable than he used to. 2600:1012:A021:412C:3D84:60F5:A4DE:EEA (talk) 12:31, 25 September 2024 (UTC)
- Leaving the discussion about Reagan's policies aside, the claim that he was "among the greatest Presidents in modern history" seems rather subjective and cannnot be verified by just a handful of post-presidency polls, particularly when those same polls show majority approval for all former Presidents listed except for Nixon. I have therefore reworded the sentence in question. Guycn2 (talk) 01:14, 26 September 2024 (UTC)
