Briefly distracted from his normal routine by being offered some aspirin, in addition to the painkillers he has been using daily, James takes a swig from the wrong flask, to help swallow them down. The camera is rolling as he expresses disgust at his own incompetence. Accompanied by hand gestures at the relevant parts of his body, he reels off his list of woe, with perfect comic timing "Frostbite; blisters; chest infection needing steroids; burnt Lips; face like an Eskimo; ginger beard; drunk my own piss." - James Cracknell
