Capitalization

Shouldn't this probably have normal wikipedia capitalization (first letter of first word capitalized, the rest lowercase)? It's just a phrase, not a title.Prezbo (talk) 08:31, 18 September 2009 (UTC)

Looks like the phrase is not required in Canada

Looking at the Canadian regulations on mirrors, there is no reference to requiring the phrase. So the removal of Canada seems correct. LouScheffer (talk) 21:04, 16 January 2013 (UTC)

Meatloaf " the opposite of the safety warning."???

Anyone know what this disclaimer is supposed to mean? It seems to clearly be wrong. The diagram is misleading

"objects in mirror are closer than they appear" because they are too-small in the mirror, *because the mirror is convex*. The distance from the driver's head is not the reason for the warning. Agree. The diagram and explanation would make sense only if the subject were a laser rangefinder or such, rather than a human being. I have boldly deleted the graphic; a pity, as it was a fine piece of work. I could add that the engraved warning is too small to see on a passenger-side mirror, but that would be original research.
