Conflict of Interest on edits

In March of 2014, an IP address from the NTTA (208.189.92.227) made significant edits in an attempt to clean up their image. This, to me, seems to be against WP:COI (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Conflict_of_interest) BobTheMad (talk) 00:40, 11 April 2014 (UTC)Reply
