According to MOS:DABMENTION, an entry on a dab page must have a mention in the target article. I have removed the following entries because there is no indication in the article that the subject is known as "North Country" but record them here in case they're useful:

The extreme northern regions of the continental United States, bordering Canada (especially the area from New York to the Great Lakes region)
The North Country of Minnesota, the northern half of Minnesota, referenced in the 2005 film by that name
In Cornwall, it is often used to refer to the north of the county
North Country, a hamlet near Redruth, Cornwall
