I am struggling to see the significance of the Paper Lantern in this article. It is completely unsourced for the time being, and doesn't really add to the article. If anything, Lion's Roar should be added. If the Paper Lantern is of noteworthy significance for this article, then should be the rest of the Clubs and Orgs on campus, which then the list would become quite lengthy and trivial. This being said as a member of Normandale's Student Senate (who oversees clubs) and an avid supporter of the Paper Lantern. For Wikipedia, it doesn't meet requirements.
