O.k, before I review this article more, I would like to see a Development section added. If you can't, I need an explanation why it doesn't need it. GamerPro64 (talk) 02:23, 1 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

I mean, I could possibly lump the release information and preview coverage into a "Development" section, but I don't that would really count as "development information". Just having one section for a couple of sentences about the game's release doesn't make sense, either. The fact of the matter is that there aren't much in-depth interviews of developers and specials about the making of older video games like these even in the print sources, with very few exceptions such as Super Mario Bros. 3. Games nowadays get a lot more development coverage because of the Internet and vast expansion and commercialization of the video game industry as a whole. Keep in mind that many other articles I nominated (since I do almost entirely retro anyways) passed without having development information not because I couldn't find them, but because such in-depth coverage were normally never done. –MuZemike 02:40, 1 April 2010 (UTC)Reply
Also (as an aside) just to let you know I still have to add just a little more "reception" information as I just found an old gaming mag last week that featured rock band Anthrax playing the game :) –MuZemike 02:43, 1 April 2010 (UTC)Reply
... which I just added [1]. –MuZemike 03:33, 1 April 2010 (UTC)Reply
  • Now, in the Plot section, and probably the lead as well, you don't explain who Jaquio is. Also, is the text, "after Ryu defeats a creature whom he fought before in the previous Ninja Gaiden game" nessessary? GamerPro64 (talk) 04:53, 1 April 2010 (UTC)Reply
  • I can probably add a link back to the first Ninja Gaiden game in the Plot section, but I don't know about adding mentioning of him in the lead as it doesn't sound terribly important, and it would be sort of a spoiler to add that (since Jaquio only reveals himself at the end of the game just before you fight him as the final boss(es). –MuZemike 22:11, 1 April 2010 (UTC)Reply
  • Also Ryu actually mentioned in the game that he did fight said creature before, which leads right in to his last meeting with Robert. –MuZemike 22:26, 1 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

Looking at the article again, I believe it meets most of the GA criteria. I just don't think it meets the 3b part with the Anthrax part in the Recption section. GamerPro64 (talk) 08:24, 3 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

Not sure if I agree, though (that that blurb should be removed I'm guessing). I think it's relevant to the type of reception this game had received – mainly that the game was endorsed by a popular rock band. –MuZemike 19:40, 3 April 2010 (UTC)Reply
Well, I don't know what to think of that part of the article, but I will pass it. Congrats! GamerPro64 (talk) 23:55, 4 April 2010 (UTC)Reply
Thank you! –MuZemike 00:02, 5 April 2010 (UTC)Reply
