GA Review edit

This review is transcluded from Talk:New York State Route 286/GA1. The edit link for this section can be used to add comments to the review.

Comments:

  1. Is the exact year the route created known?
No, between 1947 and 1952 is the best I can do based on the resources that I have. I would like to narrow it down to either late 1940s or early 1950s, but I don't have a 1950 map.
  2. "from said roads" sounds awkward. Is there another way of saying this?
    Attempted to reword it.
  3. Can some more descriptive information about the route be added to the lead?
    Added a little.
  4. Do not use "then" in describing progression of route.
Resolved; I believe this is the last of my GANs that does this.
  5. "East of Blossom": indicate that it is Blossom Road.
Changed to "this junction" since saying "Blossom Road" twice in six words is too repetitive IMO.
  6. "amongst open fields intended for farming" sounds awkward.
    Reworded.
  7. "At the east end of Main" and "then followed Blossom", indicate what type of road it is (ie. street, road).
    Done.
  8. Indicate that "Knollwood" is "Knollwood Drive".
    Done.
  9. Are the names known for the roads in the Major intersections table?
    Added where applicable.
