No comments, I added the odd comma, removed the stray extra space (it seems like you use single spacing after periods, so I removed the doubles) and otherwise made Landis Avenue in boldface. Great work, but I guess you know what you're doing by now. Apologies on behalf of Wikipedia for the almost three-month wait, but please don't let that discourage you or hinder more nominations from coming, because it's good work and more appreciated than i may seem.
