This page does have issues, but I think notability isn't one of them. According to the notability guidelines:

"Has released two or more albums on a major record label or on one of the more important indie labels (i.e., an independent label with a history of more than a few years, and with a roster of performers, many of whom are independently notable)."

NF has two releases on Metropolis, which qualifies as a notable indie label, and they also have releases on Out Of Line and Zoth Ommog in Europe. They have also toured in the U.S. - I just need to locate references.
