This page is not unambiguously promotional, because there is a neologism it principally describes which is not connected to me as the creator of the page. I have changed the language to reflect that more clearly.

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because I have removed any and all mentions, references or links to anything that bears my work's connection to the term. Rather, the page is a place to explain what the neologism "necrofauna" means in terms of its colloquial use, and how it became coined, totally devoid of the author's connection. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Beewray (talkcontribs) 08:27, 22 June 2017 (UTC)Reply

Hi there, this strikes me like a neologism that is not that widely used (WP:NEO). I only see the few sources that have been mentioned including the originally promotional book mention. Other than that, this is a WP:POVFORK and should be included into the main article De-extinction and should be included there. Article Creation

I'd like to create an article on necrofauna as this emerging science is something I'm very interested in. I've made a draft of the article in my sandbox and would very much appreciate any feedback anyone might have. I've messaged the person who was involved in the deletion of a past version of this article in an attempt to understand what went wrong and would like to think what I've written will be approved. I'd ideally like to post it sometime tomorrow afternoon (PST), so if I haven't heard anything that would discourage the article from going live before then, we should have a beautiful new page. :) Thank you for your time! -- Baileyjramsay (talk) 00:25, 30 June 2017 (UTC)Reply
