Orphaned references in Naval Base Hawaii
editI check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Naval Base Hawaii's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.
Reference named "goebel":
- From Japanese naval codes: Greg Goebel. "US Codebreakers In The Shadow Of War". 2018.
- From Martin JRM Mars: Goebel, Greg. "The Martin Mariner, Mars, & Marlin Flying Boats." Air Vectors, 6 May 2006. Retrieved: 13 November 2010.
- From Seaplane: Goebel, Greg. "The Martin Mariner, Mars, & Marlin Flying Boats." Vectorsite. Retrieved: May 20, 2012.
I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT⚡ 08:11, 30 December 2022 (UTC)
- Fixed, thank you bot. Telecine Guy (talk) 06:05, 2 January 2023 (UTC)
coordinates are the wrong location
editThe correct location is certainly not the place that the current coordinates takes the viewer to, unless you think anywhere on Oahu is close enough. I am not good at putting in correct coordinates, but I hope someone will correct the coordinates so that they will show the south part of Ford Island. As near as I can tell, the location should be here

- @Tupelo the typo fixer: Good point. The side of a mountain is not usually a good spot for a navy base. I made the change and also changed the scope of the map. If that's not right, please let me know or go ahead and fix it. SchreiberBike | ⌨ 01:35, 25 May 2023 (UTC)
- Thanks SchreiberBike. That looks just right.
