Distances don't add up

The infobox says the length of this highway is 3806 km.

The numbers in the Route length in states section add to 3173 km. So obviously one of these is incorrect. It is the latter, and the reason is that it doesn't account for all the sections of this highway. For example, this highway passes through Haryana for 184 km on its way from Punjab to Delhi, and again for a further 88 km on its way from Delhi to Uttar Pradesh. The second part is not counted. There could be a few other similar instances.
