I was permeantly deferred for "lying" to a employee at pyramid plasma now octapharma. I didn't disclose my relationship to the technician of someone who was using the same address, who happened to be my brother. I felt it wasn't any of their business. And I believe now that they couldn't even ask me that under the current federal law because that would be giving me information about that person's medical history without his permission. This isn't right nor is it legal being based on one person's personal whim. They couldn't do it today for that would be violating federal law. I have tried to discuss this over the course of 15 years with this company and 9f course nothing has happened but to have me suffer embarrassment and humiliation at being deferred. Today, I was informed of other customers that I was permanently barred from donating, and this was at Bio life in lemon Grove, CA (07-20-2023) and loss out on income that I desperately need being unemployed. 2607:FB91:8286:8DD1:5845:AAFF:FE18:9A0E (talk) 22:48, 20 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
