What's the source?
editShouldn't this list cite a source/reference, per WP:V? - Walkiped (T | C) 00:06, 24 December 2007 (UTC)
The source should be the National Board of Review's own page: https://nationalboardofreview.org/award-names/top-films/ However, this doesn't list the 1929 films. Only from 1930 onwards. Is there a source for the 1929 films? Db105 (talk) 08:43, 22 February 2020 (UTC)
Vandalism!
editSomebody is vandalizing this page by putting the movie Die Hard in every year's list over and over again. Please do something about it! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.79.75.159 (talk) 09:54, 26 February 2011 (UTC)
- A user has also vandalized the best films of 2012 by inserting The Dark Knight Rises over Argo. H.AFI.17 (talk) 15:25, 5 May 2022 (UTC)H.AFI.17
#?
editMost of the films are preceded by a "#". I wonder what it means? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Pdgillen (talk • contribs) 15:53, 10 September 2011 (UTC)
2007
editI noticed that the list for 2007 had 11 entries, so I checked the National Board of Review's official site and they did not list Atonement as one of their top 10 films. In fact, they didn't recognize it for anything, thus I'm removing it from the list here. S. Luke (talk) 05:33, 26 December 2013 (UTC)
1920 films
editNational Board Review selected the best films as early as 1920 ("Top 40"): https://archive.org/details/widsyearbook192100wids/page/227/mode/1up Maybe a mention should be made in this article? StjepanHR (talk) 00:47, 29 July 2020 (UTC)
Red Rocket
editFor some reason news sources say RR was in the top ten, but for some reason Spider-man is in here 2A02:C7E:401C:9400:8046:70F7:A7EA:1B5 (talk) 18:50, 17 February 2022 (UTC)
