Talk:National Baseball Congress

1935 or 1934

edit

The NBC site says the Congress was formed in 1935 with the Saigel Paige game. Paige was only with the Bismarcks in 1934 and so this had to be 1934. This http://www.wichitadelano.com/history/baseballandapplepie.htm says the same thing. It's kinda embarrassing for NBC. Americasroof (talk) 19:58, 5 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

I'll answer my own question Paige returned to Bismarck in 1935 after initially jumping ship. NBC is right. Americasroof (talk) 20:25, 5 September 2009 (UTC)Reply
