Etymology edit
The name Năsăud can hardly derive from the German name Nussdorf (is there a linguistic source to explain this?). The Hungarian Naszód is a much more probable source. Fransvannes 07:53, 29 March 2006 (UTC)

Very interesting: Tradam is currently a neighbourhood in Nasaud, currently mostly populated by gipsies, but used to be Jewish part of the town (the elders still call it Jidovitza - "the jew town") —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.227.234.179 (talk) 09:26, 14 January 2011 (UTC)
