I still remember Moin Akhtar said in one of his TV interview that he is Memon from his father side, so why he has been mentioned as Urdu speaking when Memons have very strong identity of their own, and they speak Memoni and not Gujrati! but also proficient in Urdu as anyone living in Karchi would be. edit

well brother i am from his family my grand father was not a Memon.

What should I do?

Don't panic; deletions can take a little longer at Commons than they do on Wikipedia. This gives you an opportunity to contest the deletion (although please review Commons guidelines before doing so). The best way to contest this form of deletion is by posting on the image talk page.

  • If the image is non-free then you may need to upload it to Wikipedia (Commons does not allow fair use)
  • If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.
  • If the image has already been deleted you may want to try Commons Undeletion Request

Article name spelling edit

What's correct - Moin Akhter as per article name or Moin Akhtar as per lede/infobox? Since it is a person's name, one of the two should be correct & not both? Please indicate (preferably by referencing the article text) and move to the correct article namespace if necessary. AshLin (talk) 20:34, 26 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
