@The Banner: what exactly is the "mess elsewhere" that has caused you, on several occasions, to redirect a valid 2-entry disambiguation page with no primary topic, to one of those two entries, creating an unacceptable situation where "Foo" redirects to "Foo (bar)"?. And why can't that mess elsewhere be fixed elsewhere please? Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 17:38, 23 April 2024 (UTC)

Please check any incoming links when creating a disambiguation page. And especially links coming from templates. The Banner talk 17:45, 23 April 2024 (UTC)

I wasn't creating a disambiguation page, I was reverting your blank and redirect. Links can and should be be fixed: there are no links in to Mississauga—Malton. Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 08:46, 26 April 2024 (UTC)

I reverted as the dab showed up in the maintenance list "Templates with disambiguation links". And due to the careless editing in regards to links to disambiguation pages, I will just revert to clean up the mess. That list is updated once a day, so you should have time enough to fix any links.
