Multiple refs/footnotes

I've fixed a named ref entry to eliminate a multiple citation error, which was caused by misuse of refname. However, the article has several instances of the same editing mistake, which should be tidied up. The correct usage is described at WP:REFNAME. jxm (talk) 17:07, 12 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
